Where can I start, Fransisco Mendez and his crew are the real deal. We have a very complicated property, sloping, ledge, wall falling apart, seemed to almost insurmountable with our vision. We went through many quotes, and Fransisco‘s was competitive, and he had this gentle confidence that he could do everything we wanted and more. We’ve worked with him for months now and he has slowly terraformed this wild landscape into a full yard with terraced stone walls, walkways, irrigation, grass, retaining walls, and much more. The walls themselves are fieldstone and have received many compliments from other trade workers, they really do look incredible. The crew that he uses works extremely hard and are professional. The pictures below are only a snippet of the work he’s done, we can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. We are planning to continue to use him for many of the projects in other parts of the property. If you have a chance to book him, you won’t regret it
Francisco and his team have done 2 major projects for us, transforming our backyard and rebuilding our front steps that were crumbling. They did a fantastic job with both and they work quickly at an affordable price. We did the backyard project in 2023 and the front stairs in 2025, so that shows how happy we were with their work the first time around as we hired them again without hesitation.
