I still have to wait for the new grass to come in but I'm sure it's going to look great. So far the experience has been great from the communication at the beginning where I got a detailed VIDEO quote/explanation plus answers to follow up questions. Then the person who actually attended the job to reseed and fertilize the grass was extremely professional and helpful. There were some difficulties to navigate but he pushed through all of it. And he explained very well everything he was doing and gave good advice about future care and steps to take. At no point was I uncertain about what was happening and how thorough a job he was doing.
Nathan from Augusta Lawn Care Services was a pleasure to deal with. We needed to have our landscaping pruned as plants were growing quite large. He was efficient and recommended a few options for some of our plants…and in the end, everything turned out great!
The first mow and initial effort delivered was good. There were no expectations missed or issues created. The subsequent next 3 mows were also excellent while articulated and attention to details exhibited. The Lawn Care service providers, Nathan/Jack were attentive and professional with the interaction while delivering the care as promised. It's appreciated and thank you.
We had a very overgrown laurel that blocked my view when trying to drive out of the carport. It also made backing in awkward. We asked to have it severely cut back and the job was excellent. The tree looks tidy but not hacked to bits. We also had a lilac cut back that was impinging on our neighbours' fence. Again - great job. We used another service in the past and the last time we hired them I sent an email and photos back of what I called "the chainsaw massacre" We were horrified. It has taken the lilac three years to recover. I would highly recommend Augusta.We will consider them for other services as well.The above was written over a year ago but seems not to have been posted. I am very pleased with the team that came over on August 31 of this year. Our front lawn is no longer a disgraceThe laurel needs a little more work and I am happy to deal with Augusta again.September 14 -How do you spell amazing? A-U-G-U-S-T-ALeanne did a Herculean job of weeding along our fence ripping out morning glory, buttercups, you name it and spared my sweet woodruff. The onus is now on us to keep it up. I would not want her to be disappointed in us!!!Devon cut back our laurel and again made it not a menace to drive around but left enough branches and leaves at the top for the birds.The team also weeded another bed that I plan to use for vegetables and flowers in the coming summer. Thank you to Diego as well and I am sorry I not remember Devon's assistant back on August 31
