Would 1000% recommend Klassen Big Bag for soil and compost. I had seen them recommended many times by my local garden group and clearly for good reason. I placed a large order, then my plans changed and I needed to cancel part of my order. The office staff were incredibly fast and helpful responding, although I probably didn’t make their job easy with lots of changes on my part! Free delivery was easy to schedule, and the lift helped us place the soil directly into our raised beds saving dozens of wheelbarrow trips. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Not a paid review, just very impressed with this small business. Organic Soil and compost looks good so far and looking forward to a great growing season!
I found the Klassen company online and didn't look any further. They had top reviews. I processed the order online, chose a delivery date, and received a confirmation in a few minutes. Although the only personal interaction I had was with the delivery person, who was great and very personable, and professional, plus a good sense of humour. I placed an order on Saturday and it arrived Monday while I was at work. Easy peasy lemon squeasy! And when they say big bags, they mean big! It smells like good soil and I’m very happy with how seamless the whole process was. This was SO much easier than doing multiple trips to the store for soil and WAY cleaner than dumping it on the lawn or driveway! Thanks so much!
