Edited to include: Current state of our subdivision (see pics). Do not allow your HOA to use this company, because you will get what you pay for. They will not respond and the area looks ridiculous for the price of the homes in this area. Look somewhere else for your landscaping needs. Our HOA uses Pleasant Places and the unprofessionalism is astounding. An employee cleared our cul de sec by blowing the huge amount of debris into a neighbor’s yard. When I asked him about it he told me to talk to his supervisor. His supervisor shrugged his shoulders. I tried to contact the company and the landscaping department’s voice mail was full(speaks volumes). The operator and all other departments didn’t answer. I had previously tried to contact them, over another matter, and never received a response. Look somewhere else for your landscaping needs.
Took extremely long time to finish the project which still isn’t finished. Had turf put in seam in the turf that they won’t even address. Took up some of my irrigation and never put it back down. They want half money put down but make customer wait and very slow. Owner nor supervisor never came to inspect the project and I spent a lot of money because when speaking with the company to price the job they appeared to be very professional buyers beware!
