Priority installed a driveway and plants on our berms. Our original plan was to prevent erosion from tidal flooding. However, William and his crew made our entire yard look lovely- way beyond our expectations. He is a true artist and very easy to work with as well.
I called a few places around Charleston and Priority Landscaping was the only company to call me back and I’m so glad they did! Working with their team was amazing and we are so happy with their work. Connor came by to talk about what we wanted to do and worked with us to put together a plan to tear out a lot of old trees and plants and revitalize the whole front of our house and back yard. Scheduling was easy and Connor and his team worked so quickly when they were here. They went above and beyond trimming some plants that we were keeping, edging the yard, and even leaf blowing the entire back! The new plants and trees look so good and they were such a pleasure to work with.
I recently hired Priority Landscaping to assist in both prepping and finishing my yard, to accommodate a new septic system install (tank and drainfield). This involved coordinating the schedules of both companies within a very tight timeframe between reservations at a rental property. Connor, the project manager, exceeded my expectations with excellent communication, attention to detail, and overall competent, timely service. The job required pre-install removal of a tree and some large shrubs, as well as post-install work to level and finish the landscape with sod and pine straw. Connor was a delight to work with and I will absolutely look forward to working with him and Priority for my future landscaping needs.
They seemed fine at first, but we were gone a lot this fall. I had washed the windows and layed pine straw in September. When we came home and had time to deal with the yard again I noticed how incredibly dirty the house/windows were from them blowing. They just created more work for us by blowing leaves to the perimeter/on the pine straw instead of mulching/raking. I also had to rewash my windows in the middle of winter. They said they would come by the next day to deal with it and did not come.
I have been a customer of Priority Landscaping for over 5 years. They have always been very professional, reliable, responsive and provide good quality work. They recently designed a butterfly garden in an area of my backyard where we could never get grass to grow. As you can see from the before and after pictures, it was an amazing transformation and all done in one day! They also consistently provide a high level of customer service. I highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping or lawn maintenance/care needs.
