We had a wonderful experience working with MetroGreenscape on our paver patio project! Our new patio has transformed our backyard and created a great outdoor living space with plenty of room for our little one to safely run around.The MetroGreenscape team was excellent to work with and extremely timely and responsive throughout the project. They listened to what our project goals were and helped us accomplish our design vision within our budget.Project managers Brandon and Adan were great and communicated with us frequently throughout the on site work with helpful updates. They were also quick to answer any questions we had and were able to make a design adjustment mid way through the project while keeping it on schedule. MetroGreenscape was an absolute pleasure to work with. They made every step of our project very easy. The office is very organized, and super friendly. They kept me updated with appointments and answered all my questions. Sean came out and gave us a quote. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge and passion. Not only was he there to discuss my project, but also had advice on the care of current trees and such on my property. Sean was very patient and answers all my questions ( I had a lot of questions). We had 8 large pine trees relocated on our property. The crew that came out to do the work was fabulous. Sean also checked in all day with them. The level of customer service is outstanding. 10 out of 10…I will be giving MetroGreenscape a call for all my future projects.

We recently hired MetroGreenscape to build a pool in our back yard. Needless to say, this is an expensive project, and choosing the right company is a very critical decision.I am SO glad we chose MetroGreenscape. We talked to a few other companies, and although some were substantially less expensive, none were as professional as the people we talked to at MetroGreenscape, and no one else gave us the confidence that the job would be done the way we wanted it.From the first contact, thru the design process, construction, and final steps, everyone at this company was absolutely professional, courteous, and responsive to all our questions and concerns.One of the biggest factors for us was that MetroGreenscape handles the entire project from start to finish. They do a custom design, provide 3D images of the plan, handle all permits and requests for inspections, excavation, construction of the pool, landscaping and decking/tile, and even fill the pool with water and handle the first month of maintenance!Each phase of the project has a project manager who oversees their portion of the process:Each team that came in was incredibly efficient, and the project managers - David and Kacy with sales, Kathy as overall project manager, Casey for pool construction, Adan with hardscaping and landscaping, Chris with carpentry and fence installation- all were absolutely great to work with. I cannot say enough about how hard their teams worked to make our back yard absolutely stunning. When we had concerns, they were very quick to respond, and did everything in their power to make sure that we were happy with the outcome.I am a big believer in "you get what you pay for", and this experience only reinforced that philosophy. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a pool or landscaping project for their home.
I can't say enough great things about this landscaping company! From start to finish, the entire process was exceptional. They showed up on time every day, worked hard, and completely transformed our side and backyard. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail they brought to every step of the project.
