I cannot overstate my appreciation for Norm Pitzer. He has true integrity and stands behind his work. Norm took on a large job to grind down a true stump (after a poor job done by a “professional “ tree company), raise a flower bed, regrade our front and back yards (bringing in a semi of soil), seeding, overseeding, purchase & set up 11 sprinkler stations., and replace a few bushes.

When Mother Nature caused a truly bizarre weed infestation, Norm stayed in close communication, even coming over on a Sunday morning to solidify a game plan before the start of the work week. We were not charged for all the additional materials and man hours to reseed.

You can trust Norm to see your project through until you are satisfied with the result. They definitely don’t make ‘em like Norm anymore.

Our front lawn was in need of a serious refresh, and we were also hoping to add a small section of grass to the backyard. Norm knew exactly what to recommend based on our situation (tree cover + extensive root systems, sloping lawn, soil type, etc.), and I immediately felt we were in great hands. Along the way, Norm patiently responded to our questions and offered detailed advice on maintaining our lawn. He takes pride in the quality of his work and pays attention to every detail. As one example, the sprinkler we'd planned to use was the kind that would kick up new grass seed, so Norm took the time to run to the store, buy us a much better option, and then meticulously set it up to hit every inch of the yard. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Norm and can’t wait to enjoy our new lawn!

I reached out to Norm because I wanted grass in the backyard but wasn't sure what would work best in a smaller space. Norm was great and walked me through all his ideas and it was better than I ever envisioned. Norm and his crew did an amazing job and completely transformed my backyard! When the project was done, Norm was so helpful going over everything and explaining how to best take care of the new sod. He followed up in the weeks after to make sure I had everything I needed and answered any additional questions! Would definitely recommend Norm and his crew! I will be using them again for future projects in the spring.
