Although the initial work seemed great, the patio they installed started cracking and leaving gaps with the pavers shfting within a short time. I reached out to get it addressed and it has been a frustration ever since. I call and text multiple times without getting an answer for extended time. They did finally come out in the fall and said they would get it fixed, but deferred it to this spring saying they didn't have any manpower to do it in the fall. I was told that in February they would get it scheduled. They never contacted me. I begin calling and texting again this week and so far haven't heard back.Initial Review:Ulises and his team did a fantastic job on our project!! They were super friendly, answered all the questions we had, and did an amazing job on the hardscaping. They also came in at a very competitive price! As well, they were very willing to work with us without charging too much extra when we decided to change the design of the patio some even though it was partially installed.We would 100% hire them again for future projects!

I had a great experience with My Son’s for a retaining wall on my corner lot. I previously had a sloped front yard and wanted a retaining wall entirely around the front (but wanted it to match my old home style). Uli provided a detailed quote, which allowed for use of brick that I had kept from a neighbors garage demo (plus a little extra reclaimed brick). I did have to initiate some of the communication up front but once the project was underway everything went very well. I know I’ll use them in the future for backyard projects.The crew was extremely hard working and some days they had a huge crew knocking out my project. It took about 3 weeks, and many neighbors commented on how hard the crew worked / how much was accomplished every day. The finished wall looks stunning and I now have way more yard space. I have had tons of people in the area stop by and take pictures or compliment how beautiful the wall looks.

Their quote was competitive, and their strong social media presence gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of their work.A project of this size always has a few unknowns, but Ulises and his crew were amazing to work with. When we disliked the stair layout, they were willing to work with us and spent a day making it to our exact liking. This willingness to make adjustments and ensure our satisfaction truly sets them apart. The quality of the build is fantastic, and the whole team was super friendly and hardworking. They also did a very thorough cleanup, leaving the yard looking great.
