The Team from Accelerated Greenworks landscaped the front yard of my home. They worked so hard and were very professional. My husband and I were so impressed by how quickly the project came to completion and how great they made our place look. Matt, the designer was right on point, he was so helpful. The owner of the company checked in with me, to insure that all was going well, I can't say enough about these guys. I'm so looking forward to working with them on my next project!
Very Unprofessional, poor quality of work.I hired AGM to do my lawn, I paid 50% upfront and signed the contract. They did the lawn services and a month later, 60% of my Lawn were covered with weed, many bare spots and other area experienced no growth at all. I went to their Office twice to express my dissatisfaction about their services. I met Brett who was so unprofessional, yelled and blamed me for the growth of weed on my lawn and the bared spots. In additional, I was overcharged $222 for a single sprinkler setup that I was told could cost 74. Brett mentioned that I was charged for the time two workers spent sitting in the vehicle while one worker set up the sprinkler. I left their Office and wrote a complaint about my dissatisfaction on the poor quality of services that was rendered. I requested that they treat the weed and redo the bared spot. Well, they refused to address my complaint and later hired a Law firm to intimidate me to pay the balance money. This is the tactic they use, intimidate clients with lawsuit when you express dissatisfaction. When I signed the contrast, they did not do an inspection on my lawn and the grass was installed without proper weed treatment. I was not informed that additional fees were required for weed removal/treatment prior to installation. My loss, ($6000 plus). imagine saving your hard-earned money to hire a professional lawn company and they did a horrible job. Being a first-time home buyer, I trusted AGW. I have to hire another lawn company to redo my lawn. Accelerated Green works only care about the money not the result of their work.
Accelerated Green Works does fantastic work. Our backyard had a garden bed that was falling apart and rock all over the area that had no purpose. We were confused on what to do with the area. Brett and his team worked with us to figure out our needs and turned our vision into reality. Our kids love the new synthetic green grass area. I love the fact I will never have to move the trampoline to mow under it. Our concrete pad is perfect for a future hot tub. Accelerated Green Works did not try to overcharge us or oversell us on anything. Brett and his team always took the time to answer all our questions and had no problem making changes to the original plan.
I highly recommend Accelerated Greenworks Landscaping and Shey West Nursery for any landscaping project! The designer Matt was wonderful to work with. He listened to what I wanted and came up with a beautiful design. He even came out to my house project, which is 90 miles from Fargo, to lay out the plant design to make sure it was right. Jake and the installation crew was so friendly, neat and hard working! They did everything that I asked with no complaints. Brett, the owner, checked in with me multiple times to make sure the project was completed to my liking! I was very, very happy with my end result and will definitely work with them again for any future projects I have.
