This is the best best snow removal company in all of Gatineau. I keep getting fascinated and amazed by how professional their drivers are, safe and on top of every single snow fall. They offer multiple courtesy runs throughout the season even when the limit of snow is much less than the contract agreed upon. No other company comes anywhere close to them, weeping willow and far far far better than Techni snow or any other one around Gatineau and trust me ive tried them all so I know exactly what im talking about. I keep referring them to multiple friends and neighbors and everyone comes back thanking me for telling them about weeping willow. And the best best best part of their service is the communication. I was quite impressed by the organized approach taken by Cole Sullivan and his team in this past winter's snow removal contract. His use of timely emails and SMS messaging technology translated into a very polished offering of amazing customer service ... at a time when good customer service is a rarity. His team was on the ball throughout the 70 cm dump we had this winter, and did not miss a beat. I have contracted other companies here in the Aylmer sector and in my experience, Weeping Willow raises the bar to a level that the competition falls well short of.
