Called in about getting a quote for my commercial property. A lady told me someone would be calling me to arrange a time. The gentleman called me on Monday and stated that he couldn't come give me a quote until Thursday. I asked if he could view the site before then, he stated no very rudely and took me off completely. I wouldn't do any business with this company moving forward because the service was not up to par. This company is not friendly at all, I want to be treated with respect when dealing with a company. Trust me, I can spend my money with better American companies.
This is a great company. The leadership is supportive and the company is very organized as a whole. I never had a poor interaction when dealing with US Lawns and I only see hard work with high quality results.
I went to the Wellington located at the Hilton in Jackson, MS. I parked my car near the restaurant. I came out and the person doing lawn had blown dust and small debris all over my black car. I alerted the hotel clerk. She came out and took photos and said she would contact company.I eventually called the company and was told they have to come to see car in exact location. (My car sat at restaurant for 2.5 hours after incident) I told him I could bring it to place of business and he said they were closed. It was around 4pm. THE General Manager made EXCUSES. If they really cared and to make things right they would have rectified problem especially since my car sat at hotel for 2.5 hours after incident!!!Basically they did absolutely nothing! The man performing work was Mexican and didn’t speak English.I’ve seen plenty of this companies vehicles in various locations but didn’t know they don’t like to take responsibility for things like this. The man never apologized!!These companies worry about every penny versus being given a bad reputation. As long as I live I will never recommend or deal with such companies. Whatever happened to taking responsibility for bad behavior or at least apologizing.
