I have to say I am really impressed with Johnstone Property Maintenance for snow removal. My elderly parents have been unable to clear snow from their driveway for years and my husband and I have reached a point where we can't do two driveways anymore. So I convinced my father to pay for this service. Everything has been beyond our expectations. I think the the tractors with the snowblower attachment is really cool . Instead of a bunch of snow being pushed up against things, they're able to go right up to the garage, drag the snow backwards and then deposit it in the front yard where there is room . Super impressed to get updates about the weather and a text when they will be arriving at the home. All within a reasonable amount of time. It really has taken a lot of stress off of our family to have such a reliable service available. Thank you!

Excellent service so far this winter. We decided to try Johnstone this year for the first time as our previous snow removal company lacked in the communication/timeliness area. Johnstone uses email/text alerts to communicate when driveways will be cleared, their equipment is fast and efficient and they leave our driveway looking great after each snow fall. Highly recommend.
Johnstone Property Maintenance (JPM) is the first snow removal company that I have ever used. Previously, I did it all myself with a shovel. As long as JPM continues with the current level of service, I will continue to give them my snow-removal business. They do everything right. The price is good. The service is excellent and timely. The communication and updates are outstanding.
