My family and I were on quite of a time crunch with the renovation of our backyard and Green Grounds not only met our expectations, they exceeded them! Cirilo coordinated with my dad and him and his guys were extremely flexible and found a way to work with our schedule. We were honestly amazed at their work ethic. They did so much so fast and so beautifully. They were very kind and we could tell they were determined to do this job and do it well. Within the first day, we already saw a huge difference and could tell our backyard was going to be everything we dreamed of. Our house was turned into paradise! Cirilo and the team went beyond our expectations and now we have more than we could ever imagine. Their customer service was amazing and made the process extremely easy for us. Our project consisted of pool/spa, steel pergola, outdoor kitchen, synthetic grass/pavers with palm trees and ficus trees everywhere! Anything you need, they can do and with the highest quality.
We are so amazed with Greengrounds - fantastic work and amazing customer service. The owner of the company Cirilo is such a genuinely nice and caring guy. He is a total perfectionist with an artistic eye and cares about doing things the right way. That being said, he is totally open to ideas and doesn't have too big of an ego to admit when something could be better and he fixes it! What more could you ask for? We have an old 1927 Spanish home and have done many renovations thru the years and a lot of them were stressful and frustrating but these guys were kind, hard working, good communicators and knocked the work out. They helped address our drainage concerns, installed lighting & irrigation, choose plants and of course the gorgeous hardscape. Our job was stalled for 3 weeks when the company shut down in the peak of the pandemic but if it wasn't for that I think it would have finished on time and it was just another sign that they care about their team. Having this beautiful outdoor space to gather with friends outdoors during the pandemic helped us keep our sanity and has honestly changed our lives - we have lived here for 20years and we hardly ever spent time in our own yard and now we are out there all the time and have a place where we are proud to invite people over. We highly recommend Cirilo and the whole Greengrounds team!
If only I could give Green Grounds 10 stars! Dan and team did an incredible job reimagining our barren front yard and overgrown side yard.Upon initial inquiry, the office staff was extremely responsive and had Dan to our house to evaluate the job within the week. Dan instantly expressed a clear vision for our unique space. Despite meeting with us on a Friday afternoon, Dan provided an initial job estimate within 24 hours. Furthermore, he diligently worked with us to revise the scope of the job to fit within our budget.When installation of our landscape commenced we were not disappointed. The Green Grounds crew arrived on time and all members were extremely considerate. They kept us informed of the status of the job and meticulously cleaned the property at the end of each working day. After only 2.5 days, the job was complete and looked beautiful.We look forward to working with Green Grounds again!
