We had a wonderful experience. Yosi, Alberto and the rest of the team all did great work. It was an intense job, a lot of things came up as the work progressed so the scope increased, but everything was still completed in a timely manner. I think it was the first contracting project I’ve had where they showed up every time they were supposed to, and completed things in the expected time frame. Best of all, it looks beautiful; we’re very excited about it .(If I figure out how to, I’ll post pics to prove it !)
Yosi (owner), Alberto (foreman) and crew did a great job for our backyard landscaping. The work took about a week and the RainforestLA crew were meticulously and on-time. They even uncovered a plumbing issue and brought it to my attention to be fixed. They were priced fairly and used good materials. During the job walk for the initial estimate, Yosi brought up some great suggestions that I took him up on. From start to finish, I had a positive experience with them.
We worked with Yosi and his team in May 2025 on a front yard upgrade, which included installing a large area of turf that wraps around the side of our house, adding new gravel, and leveling the entire yard. From start to finish, Yosi and his crew were exceptional—kind, professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with.Yosi guided us from the very beginning of the design phase, helping us choose materials that not only fit within our budget but also beautifully complemented our existing landscaping. I'll start by saying you will not go wrong hiring RainforestLA.Our story begins with my wife and I coming to the end of a major remodel on our home. We had a very specific vision for what our yard and outdoor space would look like and needed help building it. Unfortunately, we had been burned on our remodel by poor quality, obvious oversights, and carelessness... We were hesitant to sign another large contract and risk more of the same. Rather than pressure us, Yosi offered his 3D design service where he converted our sketches and drawings into a complete design. For our project, Yosi was the only contractor we met that made us feel like we were going to be successful. With a 3D design, we decided to work with RainforestLA. Yosi's team did two wonderful Ipe decks, hardscape, our driveway, irrigation, drainage, low voltage, native plantings, fescue sod, Dymondia (silver carpet), and Kurapia. Throughout the project Yosi offered thoughts and recommendations on how best to complete specific tasks or overcome challenges. Most advice we took and a few times we didn't, what was important to us was that he gave us the pros and cons and let us make the call. After a lot of hard work by Yosi's team our home is complete and looks better than we imagined!
