Our retaining wall and stairs desperately needed repair. Jacob was easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They got everything done faster than I anticipated. We couldn’t be happier.*no landscaping was added per my request. I wanted to do that myself. Jacob did offer to come help me plan what to put in using a mockup on his tablet.
Wolfpack was able to give me an estimate and complete work within a week to get my garden beds cleaned up from a summer of letting the weeds take control. They were very attentive to my flowers, will be having them come back next year.
We approached Jake about a project in our backyard as well as some stone edging. We previously had only a deck but it was beginning to rot and it didn't provide much shade. We knew we wanted an outdoor living area with shade, plenty of seating and the ability to have items like a couch / table / tv that would be protected from the weather but had no real vision of what that should look like.When we first spoke with Jake he had plenty of ideas. He stayed for about 2 hours just talking with us trying to get a feel for what our new area needed to provide. He was able to create computer mock ups that helped us see the vision. We went back and forth several times before finally settling on an area with a smaller deck and a large patio area with an open air roof. We would just have talks about what we wanted to do and Jake would then make suggestions. He made sure we had a proper seating wall and amazing lighting which we hadn't originally planned on. Jake and his team don't construct decks nor roofs so he was able to connect us with William Coe who was also a pleasure to work with. We settled on the design in August with a start date in November.Once work started, Jake and his team were in constant communication. There were delays here and there as to be expected. They were here every day that weather allowed and worked a long, full day. The workers themselves were all very professional and even asked us our opinions on some variations to make our space truly custom to us.The work was almost complete when the 2025 snow storm hit and everything had to be put on pause until the snow cleared. During this time, Jake and his team were in regular communication to see what conditions were like and on the first possible day, they were back to finish the job.They made sure that everything was to our liking before leaving. Naturally building the patio created an enormous mess but they did a great job of cleaning up. Even after the job was done and paid, Jake was still very responsive if I had any questions. You can tell they take enormous pride in the work and want us to be happy through the entire lifetime of our patio.I cannot recommend Wolfpack enough. To me, the responsiveness and communication set them above any other contracting company that I have worked with. Naturally with a project this size, there are a million questions and concerns and Jake made sure to answer them all and get us comfortable before doing anything. I cannot stress enough the piece of mind I get knowing that if I have a question to this day, I can ask Jake and I'll get an answer typically within an hour. I can honestly say that for any future projects, Jake will be my first call.
Jake and the team did a great job for us! Jake came in with some good ideas right away in hardscape and plant choices, he was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. His crew were very polite and very hard workers. Very happy with everything!
