My wife and I cannot overstate how fantastic our yard looks and the experience we had with Juan and the Pimentel team! We purchased our over 5 years ago and needed to update the yard and irrigation. I contacted 4 companies, and Juan was the only one that responded that day. He came out and walked the yard, and provided a detailed quote the next day. The work began 5 days later. His team was unreal. On-time (daily texts stating who would be coming and confirming the time – fantastic), courteous and extremely hard workers. At the end of each day, the yard was immaculately cleaned and left ready for the next morning. We had a new irrigation system installed, Juan programmed it and taught my wife and me (not an easy task teaching me!) how to operate the system. From start to finish this was the best experience my wife and I have had with any contractor or business. We cannot recommend Pimentel highly enough and will gladly be a reference. Hands down the best experience we have ever had with ANY work/renovation done at our home. We were desperately in need of ideas and help getting control of the drainage and design issues in our back yard and realized the job was just too big for us to manage ourselves. We reached out on a whim to Pimentel after reading the good reviews and Juan responded within hours of our request for consultation. He was not deterred in the slightest by our swampy mess of a yard and heard our concerns and provided us with options as he helped us to figure out what we wanted. He and his design team patiently and respectfully worked with us through edits to a final plan that was in our budget range. Then, to our surprise, he and his team were able to start a week early and they had the entire job completed within a week! Victor and the entire team was prompt, professional, kind, skilled and friendly. We had reminders everyday via text that they would be here and appreciated every detail of the process. Any time we had questions, Juan responded within the hour. ALWAYS. They went above and beyond in putting the front yard back together as well. We absolutely LOVE our yard now and actually enjoy relaxing in it now that it isn't a giant project hanging over us. We couldn't possibly recommend Juan and the Pimentel team any more highly.
We recently had our backyard designed and landscaped by Pimentel Landscaping LLC. Juan worked very closely with us from start to finish. He helped us decide on a few things aesthetically, sent us our renderings quickly, and offered suggestions for how to work within our budget (we’ll be completing the whole project in stages). His team was able to begin the project soon after signing the quote, and they finished in just 6 days! They were extremely efficient, professional, and organized. I even received a confirmation text for each day they were scheduled to work outlining the time of their arrival and who would be onsite!Attached are some photos of our beautiful new yard.
