$4,500 to. install 100 ft of French drain last summer. Riddled with problems start to finish. Encountered a root next to path of drain, put 2 90 degree turns in drain as didnt have tools to cut a root. I loaned him my chainsaw. Didn’t have a seed spreader for new grass seed. Splattered mud all over south side of house, lost the bolts to the section of wrought iron fence he removed. It’s 9 months later and we have a frost heaved frozen mess of water tearing up through our lawn that’s backing up the improperly installed pipe and freezing it and now tearing up our downspouts. His suggestion, put more dirt over the top.

The owner Mike was excellent to deal with and his workers were also excellent. It’s been about 4 weeks since it was done and I have a healthy vibrant thick green front lawn again. Michael and his team were very professional and did quality work for a fair price on a couple of jobs at our new house.
