From the moment I met one of the owners for the initial quote, I knew that I was in very good hands. Every aspect of this project was handled with incredible professionalism, care and integrity. The tradespeople were lovely and incredibly skilled (a special shout-out to Dwayne and Steve), and they worked long hours in the brutal July heat without pause.They took a tiny, urban dirt pit and turned it into a beautiful, functional space that takes our breath away. The quality of the work, materials and the guidance we received: A+ all the way.
We had French drains, a patio, steps, and railing installed and highly recommend BJR. We wanted the landscape to be ready for replanting and that is what we got. There are times when BJR went above and beyond, like coming to drain the ditch in a thunderstorm when we feared the water would leak into our basement. Or coming back with the excavator when we changed our mind on some work and they said no problem. It was also all the little adjustments and things they did that gave us complete satisfaction with the job. They were also very pleasant to work with and we were very pleased with how they dealt with our concerns. Five stars.
