I have nothing but nice things to say about Services Prime. From the first communication to the completion of the job (safety pool cover) everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. Paul, the Director General, gave me all the information I needed, was more than happy to answer my questions. The installers were both very friendly and did a great job. Even the lady in the office taking my payment was pleasant to deal with. Their prices were very much the same as competitors, but much nicer to deal with. I would highly recommend Services Prime.
After meeting with Paul, we chose Services Prime to redo the landscaping of our whole property this summer/fall. We had a great experience designing and choosing the materials with Ioanna and Paul. When the work started, I had the pleasure of working with Eric who was excellent at managing the project. Lewis, his son and 2 colleagues, and the 2 Ricardos did an amazing job preparing our land and installing the pavers and slabs in different area of our property. I have to mention how meticulous Lewis and his team were. Phase #2 will be starting in the spring of 2026. Looking forward to working with them again.
When we had to landscape our bag yard,we really took our time to pick the right company. I am so glad we went with Service Prime! I have to tell you that they were really professional and they were truly good people. Ioana the designer was amazing she was very patient and no matter how many times we asked for changes she was ready to accommodate..Paul the owner with his brother Eric were awesome they were there for the installation of the pool and I'm grateful we went with his choice... The paving stones were beautiful and the installation was top notch.. I wish I had nice pictures to attach but I will soon... I highly recommend..

Services Prime is a perfect name for this company. Working with their team of designers and project managers always an absolute pleasure. A special shout out to Dave Paré who might be one of the best people I’ve worked with in any industry. These guys might be expensive but it was worth every penny. I never had a doubt in the quality or direction of the work, and any questions or issues were answered and resolved quickly. In the end, we have a gorgeous backyard for our kid and our dog to play in and to host family and friends.
