I was in a rental Oct 2024 and I started using Parkview from May 2025 - end of Oct. 2025 when I moved. They were good at mowing the lawn. It was hard communicating with them since it has to be done through text. I wanted more things done to the yard but couldn't get it set up so I just left it at mowing only and when that happened they did a good job. It was reasonably priced as well.
We recently did some construction and have needed some serious help re-growing our lawn. Parkview re-seeded for a reasonable price and provided us with very detailed after care instructions. Their team is always quick and efficient and gets the lawn cuts/cleanup done without being too disruptive to our workday!
Update after using Park View a few years now (dropped my rating):The actual crew that comes to mow and service the property is awesome. However the customer service from Park View is terrible and extremely frustrating. It's pulling teeth just to get them to respond to any inquiry. On average I need to contact them 3 or 4 times before getting a response.Original review shortly after starting with Park View:I love Park View! They have been incredible from day one. Their crews work efficiently but always do a great job and pay attention to details. I've used them for general lawn service/mowing, as well as leaf removal and landscaping maintenance. They do great work all around! Plus, it's reasonable and affordable. Would definitely recommend.
