Classic avoiding and an overall bad business.These guys mowed over my bright red swimming trunks on June 20. The foreman, Ricardo, said to send pictures of the trunks and a receipt if I had one so they can buy me new ones. 2 and a half weeks later (July 9) I text him about it only for him to say he didn't get office permission.So, July 11 - a Friday - I called the office and was told they would tell Mark(?) to resolve it quickly. After not hearing back, I called the next Friday (7/18). Same thing, and so I called the NEXT Friday (8/1) for them to finally tell me I had to take it up with my landlord.Over obviously mowed over BRIGHT RED swimming trunks that were no more than $20. Y'all couldn't just compensate that? Really??I wasn't going to leave a review until one of the workers recently had the audacity to ask me to leave a review and put in a good work for his truck number and team, so here you go!Happy Friday!
Heartland does our landscaping - our crew is Truck #13 with Teresa, Ismael and JR. They do a fantastic job, they are kind, respectful of our families and staff that may be in the parking lot or playgrounds while they landscape and our school always look pristine when they are finished. We are appreciative of the care that they provide to our campus!
I have used Heartland for my residence and my work place. They came out to discuss what I needed to pull and replace, how to add color and variety. I’m really pleased with Heartland’s installation and professionalism. I highly recommend them. I will use them again.
