Do not hire this company. We signed up for regular lawn maintenance and clearly instructed them not to prune our shrubs. Despite this, their crew severely damaged our shrubs by improperly pruning them, causing many plants to yellow and die. The service was consistently incomplete—they neglected cleaning our driveway and patio, leaving behind significant debris and mess. Even worse, after repeated emails and phone calls explaining the damage, they completely ignored us. They stopped showing up altogether without any notice or explanation. Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. Save your garden and avoid the stress by choosing another company. Additionally, when I addressed these issues to the company worker, their worker reacted aggressively, kicking and damaging furniture and plants in my backyard, making me feel threatened and unsafe in my own home. They never took responsibility or responded to the damage their crew caused to my plants.

The on site team worked quickly and had great communication about status and gave suggestions. I would highly recommend using Local Roots for big or small landscaping projects.
