The team of Gabriel, Guillermo, Adsemi, Carlos, Misael, Candido, and Victor all did an excellent job leveling our backyard, installing pavers, and installing our pavilion. The price was very competitive; their price which included a pavilion was comparable to other contractors' price for only the leveling and patio. The only cons were some hiccups that included an unannounced delivery, the project got delayed over and over again, and some minor communication issues.
Grasstains did a large remodel of our backyard with a huge amount of hardscape including pavers, an outdoor kitchen, and a gazebo. The team did a great job from start to finish. The people from Grasstains were professional and courteous and although the job took a bit longer than we expected, they really delivered on what we wanted.
Our entire lot was a blank slate, mulch and gravel, 3 levels in the back, a huge multi level mess in the front. Grasstains worked impeccably and tirelessly for many months to design, build, install everything into a complete dog friendly oasis! We are so grateful to Matt, Sally, Stetson, Gerardo, Gabriel, Candido, Miscel, Jay, Chris, Guillermo, Carlos, and Aosemi for everything! We are keeping them on for maintenance. Creative design geniuses and the hardest workers I have ever seen. Even in the 100 degree summer heat, they finished ahead of schedule and it’s so beautiful.
Update [January 2025]: After posting this review, the owner reached out personally to address our concerns. They have since completed all outstanding items, even going above and beyond by adding additional mulch and adjusting sprinklers/drip lines.
