I went to the rusty shovel to have a plan drawn up for my back yard. Got the quote and everything was delivered extremely fast. I had one small issue with some brackets I ordered, but Joey was very quick to email me back and have my problem dealt with. The following day I went to the distribution center to have the brackets exchanged for the ones I need as well as have a couple pallets of pavers returned that I didn’t need. They were very easy and quick to deal with, answered all my questions. All in all this has been a really great experience and I highly recommend the rusty shovel for any small or large projects you are planning on doing.

I have to say that I have received the best customer service I have ever received anywhere from the Rusty Shovel over the last month. I was having issues with my underground sprinklers and they literally walked me through step by step how to troubleshoot it, how to fix it and followed up to see how it was going. For under $10 in new parts on a system that was purchased from them years ago, they worked with me like my business truly mattered to them. They taught me so much and Terry went above and beyond!!!
I absolutely enjoyed my shopping experience at The Rusty Shovel. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention to Terry, who helped me sort out my irrigation needs. I’d much rather spend my money at this locally owned company than a big box store. Keep up the good work guys!
After sketching out my design on a piece of paper, I scheduled a design session with Jesse. I'm so happy I did as he pointed out areas of improvement but also reaffirmed some of my ideas. The result was a beautiful backyard I was proud of. They were always willing to help with any questions I had.
