Aiden and crew were recommended by a colleague. I usually do all my own shoveling and snow blowing. I admittedly am very particular about my driveway and walkway. We signed on with Aiden and could not be happier. They are consistently on the job before sunrise. The vehicles are brushed off and all the snow is removed. They do exactly what they said. They will never be out of work. I promote them to anyone who is looking for snow removal. Thank you again for doing what you do.
I never write negative reviews, however, for lush lawn care I have to make an exception. The quality of work was below par. Parts of the grass were missed. Many areas missed being trimmed. I can’t begin to describe the lack of attention given to the garden. However, the shrubs were trimmed properly. I contacted them hoping to deal with this in an appropriate manner. They came back when no one was home . The only reason I knew they were there was they cut a patch of tall grass they missed the first time and left it on the cut grass. There was never a follow up regarding our satisfaction. I would suggest you take out the words immaculate and pristine from your brochures. The price I paid for the service I expected much better work and service. The money I paid to have this work done is not reflected in the quality of service.
I had an incredible experience with Lush Lawn Care/Lush Concrete & Landscaping! They built the concrete and assembled my greenhouse. From start to finish, the entire process with smooth, professional, and exceeded my exceptions. Quinton, the project manager, was absolutely amazing and him and his team kept me informed on every step of the way. I'm beyond happy with the work and will definitely be using them again.
