This company did an amazing job transforming my garden. They trimmed, cleaned, and refreshed everything with great attention to detail. The results were beautiful, and I’m very happy with their work.
I am very disappointed with my driveway sealing. The crew started quite late in the evening and completed it after it was dark which resulted in the sealant being applied incorrectly.My interlocking stone and public sidewalks was stained with sealant. They applied crack filler in areas that should have been sealed because they had shut off the tank, this resulted in a matte finish in some areas and a high gloss finish with sealant.They did not have enough caution tape or stakes to properly cordon off the area in addition to them being unprofessional.I called the manager the next day who assured me that they would return that evening to rectify it. They did not show up and refuse to answer my call.Stay away from this company, save your hard earned money and stress.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY – SCAM ALERTI’m writing this to warn others: stay far away from this business. What they did to my driveway was completely unprofessional, deceptive, and careless.They came to my door claiming to be Star Services Driveway Sealing, but when I called that number afterward, they denied being involved. After some digging, I found their actual business is CorePro Landscaping – a number they don’t answer or give you false promises about calling back (they never do).The owner promised a professional-grade driveway seal, and I specifically asked them not to get any black sealant on my white concrete walkway and curb. They didn’t even bother to tape off or protect the edges properly, and they ended up overspraying black sealant all over the walkway, curb, and surrounding areas.When I asked them to clean the overspray off the curb and road, their response was: “It’s the city’s property, not yours. Who cares.” That alone tells you what kind of attitude and respect they bring to their work.They showed up, rushed the job in under 30 minutes, didn’t clean the oil stains, didn’t seal the cracks like they promised, and left. I had to stop them before they drove off because entire sections of the driveway weren’t even sprayed. They came back reluctantly and half-heartedly touched up the bare spots. One worker even admitted it was his first day – and it clearly showed.They promised to return at 4 PM to fix things properly – of course, they never came back. No updates, no calls, no texts. To make things worse, the sales representative shown in the last photo, who initially claimed he was “just a sales rep,” later admitted he was actually the owner when I called to complain. Even then, he offered zero help, just said “Let me call you back,” and then blocked me without any resolution.Now I’m stuck with a sloppy, patchy seal job, stained concrete, and zero accountability. They claim to offer a 3-year warranty, but it’s just another empty promise.?? If these people come knocking on your door, do not trust them. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear, take your money, rush through the job, and vanish. Total scam. I learned the hard way — don’t make the same mistake.This is my first and only review on Google. I never go out of my way to knock someone’s hustle or business — in fact, I would’ve loved to support and continue using their services. But the fact that they lied about who they are, did a terrible job, and took absolutely no accountability speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and the business they run. If they had just come back, taken responsibility, and made things right, I would’ve happily given them 4 stars. But clearly, they only care about quick money, not their work or their customers.
