We had a 25 year old pool surrounded by a crumbling flagstone deck. ATLC teamed up with ekonomy Pools to win the bid. As part of the project we asked them to extend a short wall around the perimeter. We came in with some mediocre ideas about how to treat the wall at the pool edge. Dave came up with the idea of a planter that incorporated the best features of the existing setup. We are super pleased with the results. On time, on budget, better design than we could have come up with ourselves. They were big enough to handle a significant and complicated job, but small enough to take pride in their work. And they weren’t the highest bid either!

Excellent work. Very pleased with our new cactus/rock garden. David designed it, his crew implemented it, and the result exceeded
our expectations. Fair price, professional delivery, and excellent
clean-up. We recommend All Terrain highly. George and Mary

Honestly Zero Stars!!
Our project was over 200k. David the business owner went through 3 designers in the process. Two things became clear to us: First, Dave does not get along well with people. Second, although the plans they were designing were what we wanted, David wanted bigger designs because he thought he could get more money from us.
David's warranty was worthless!
Many of the plants died within a year and were not replaced. He claimed they would come back, they never did. The walls they installed had inadequate footings and cracked. The flagstone they installed around our pool started failing within months. They ground out and replaced the grout two times in six months and it was a total mess with six months of that. When I called in other installer’s see what could be done they both said it was not properly installed. Industry standard calls for minimum 2” to 4” of AB or DG impacted base before a layer of concrete. There was none. David insisted there was and said we have “bad soil in our area.” Across the street from us they have flagstone that was ind installed 6 years ago and it looks like it was installed yesterday. Same soil and around their pool. If, as David said “We have bad soil.” Why would he recommend flagstone? Answer, it’s expensive. Especially if it’s properly installed. David no doubt did it on the cheap.
When we had it removed it was confirmed there was no base installed. At one point Dave said he would replace it if signed a contract saying if there were any cracks in the grout in a year I would reimburse for the cost.
I asked who would be the installer and he refused to say. Same guy no doubt.
David told me in a meeting after Christmas during our project that he didn’t receive one thank you from his employees for their Christmas bonuses. As a retired carpenter/ contractor business owner I wanted to tell him that’s a reflection on how you treat people.
What goes around comes around David
I would say Run Don’t Walk from doing business with this man.

The worst experience. Beware

We tried to add a water feature to our existing pool. Took over 2 and a half months to complete but was never actually completed. The water fall never worked, customer service trying to get help was terrible, ultimately we had to hire another company to come and redo everything. All terrain used low quality materials and the labor was done terribly that we had to restart the project just to get it corrected.

We should have been refunded for the work but never was and ultimately we had to double pay for one project.

The new company came out and worked hard to fix everything but unfortunately we had to pay again

When my husband and I decided to overhaul the landscaping of our Tucson home, we met with three different companies. We went with All Terrain because David really listened to us and understood what we were looking for. We worked with both him and Todd to create a whole new look and feel to the front and back yards. David communicated with us throughout the construction phase and we’re thrilled with the outcome - it’s a complete transformation. David is attentive to any questions we have and continues to consult with us on additional improvements. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with All Terrain. Highly recommend!
