I had four quotes, and I gotta say all the guys that came out and looked at the job were all really nice guys. Costa Verde was by far the lowest quote and based on their quote comparatively, I can't say that I had "Great Expectations" ( Charles Dickens circa late 1800s mebe? ) Which was ok, cos my goal was to reduce the front garden grass area and make it an easier shape to cut. However based on the results, these guys far exceeded my expectations, and were unquestionably the best bang for the buck. They showed up on time, on the day they said they would, in my experience that's a huge bonus right there! The crew were all great, they went over and above, were incredibly accommodating and made the changes I asked for with a smile, they did a great job, the front garden looks so much better now and bonus when I got home they'd finished left and really had done a great job of cleaning up after themselves. My whole experience with Costa Verde and its team was very positive. I appreciated the quick and detailed responses I received from the estimator, Paul, prior to the work beginning. The installation team completed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I found everyone to be easy to work with. They were all polite and pleasant. The end result of rebuilding a large raised bed/ retaining wall in our side yard easily met my expectations. Costa Verde did a great job with our patio. They advised us through design decisions and laid red bricks in a basket weave pattern that tied into the look of our heritage house.Paul was very communicative. There was a delay in getting materials but we were able to coordinate closely on a new schedule so the overall project was only delayed by a few days.
