Caleb and his crew were great to work with. I had landscaping done with stone work, tree shrub and lighting install. Communicated effectively and often which was much appreciated. The quality of work was incredible, would definitely use again. Love the finished product.
Caleb and his team at Fine Lines Landscape did an amazing job on our backyard project! They were kind, patient, provided ideas and expertise based on my style, and thought very practically for us. We wanted to change our very large landscaping beds in our backyard that were having major flooding issues and were hard to maintain and too large for basic shrubs. They narrowed the flower beds, gave us a more modern look, and fixed the grading issue…which also gave us more yard space! Now I get to have fun planting shrubs! I definitely recommend Fine Lines Landscape and will work with them again on future projects!
Do yourself a favor and just call Fine Lines. Save yourself the time and energy of waiting on another company (for us, two companies) to get back to you. It took less than 8 weeks from the initial call to finishing an extensive backyard landscape/hardscape installation.Other reasons to go with Fine Lines:1. The landscape plan and quote were exactly what we wished and competitive.2. Communication/Responsiveness was exceptional. They valued OUR time. When we texted about a question or issue, we received a response THAT DAY. Any issue we had, someone was out to take a look within 1-2 days. I was so exhausted chasing and calling companies hoping and waiting for them to get back to me. It was refreshing to have Fine Lines be prompt in their response.3. Execution was exceptional with courteous contractors. Carlos and his team, Daniel, and Fernando and his team, all of them were friendly and answered all of our questions. No request went unanswered. They all worked very hard to get everything completed in a timely manner. They were super professional and courteous!4. Commitment to their service and products was impressive. Three (out of 50) plants died and were replaced without any questions. We also had one tree (out of 27 planted) die and Caleb suggested we meet them to pick out a new tree to replace it. Any issue, you can expect to be treated like a valued client.I am writing this review 3 months after our installation because I wanted to see if they follow through with their words and they do. Overall we are really pleased working with Fine Lines and look forward to having them help us with our next project.
Fine lines does a great job keeping our place looking it’s best. Caleb and his team are a group of driven hard working guys who do their best to take care of their clients. I Highly recommend them. They did a great job with our Christmas lights as well!
